Good for you! Im the same but the longest eye to eye contact ive had is about 3secs im not keeping a record or anything :D

Im the same i lost 5lbs last week but i was ill for 48hrs and didnt eat anything. Hopefully it will still be a loss next week. Suppose you can only really tell at your next weigh in if you put it back on or not.

Working out every other day is fine thats what i do. 4 times a week for 60 mins. If you're getting weighed once a week then it doesnt matter if at the end of the week you will have still burned the same amount.

Perfectly fine. You dont have to only drink nothing but water. Water does nothing to help you loose weight its a myth. Everyone will get enough water a day either through coffee, juice ect. The important thing is to keep hydrated through a workout. Or you body will use water from your blood as a backup making it thicker…

If my center had a sauna i'd be in it myself it's very nice to warm up before a workout or to just relax after one. Wish you all the best with burning your calories through sitting down :P

You loose one pound per day? So you're burning around 3500 calories a day? Some how i doubt this. This is the same as walking 35miles.
