Wow thanks you guys! I will definitely take note of that hunger and maybe plan healthier snacks between meals to combat that. My race is November 13th! I'm so excited to see others on MFP participating as well!

I've been taking my time with this 30DS. I workout 5 days a week and off 2. Just started Level 2 and found it much more challenging than Level 1!!! I'm sure it'll get easier by the end of the week ( at least I hope) that's when the real results start to show : ). Any advise on how to get through this level successfully?

Hi ladies! Today I started Day 1 Level 1 of 30DS. I've seen nothing but good things with this program. I have about 20-30lbs to lose and I'm hoping this will give me a good jumpstart.
