I hate drinking water and would go days without drinking a sip. I know I need it and have been trying so hard to actively drink water. What helped me... an app, stupid I know, but I use "Water Your Body". It has reminders that I set for every hour, you put in your info and it tells you your daily goal. it's easy and free.…

I'm 28, 30 in 14 months... I can do that. Fit by 30 it is! That's like 3 lbs a month... oooohhh that math makes me happy and WAY more motivated. One month at a time, one week at a time, one day at a time. Here we go!
