    Ran 5K at the track. The Garmin says that my actual heart rate was 155 bpm. Ha, I wish. This seems way too high. Probably need to replace the HRM strap batteries. Has anyone had a similar issue?

    .. adding 14 miles to my total running miles so far! Feeling good about my 10 mile road race coming up in March after my 10 mile run this morning - it actually wasn't too bad! Hopefully I will get another long run in before the race so I should be all set.

    I've had problems sometimes that I cannot put down to the usual strap too loose / too tight / needs a wash scenarios, but then it's been OK next time I use it........
    Last time I used it on the elliptical, my heart rate kept going to 0 every few mins :noway:
