I'm with you too, managed to undo all my hard work in 3 months but on a positive note I know what to do to get rid of those unwanted pounds. Like you Vikkie just need the motivation oh and perhaps a beach holiday and the fright of putting on a bikini again :smiley:

wow that made so much sense, you are so right as from tomorrow my schedule will include an hours exercise, looking at things from a different angle is so positive and work is work it has to be done to get results! :)

Phew!! my the skin of my teeth I have managed a one pound lost, hope my party weekend doesn't catch up with and bite me on my bum next week.... boy I was a bad girl! now lets focus, plan and exercise myself to counteract any naughtiness :blushing: xxx well done all xx

oh dear bad weekend for me, but not defeated I'm picking myself up looking forward to a few excellent days to counteract the carnage and hand on heart if a gain this week its a small price to pay for wonderful weekend with family

Mini goals for me 1 Drink 2 litres of water whilst in work 2 Stick to my planned meals 3 Stand and do all my ironing before I sit down this evening! not sure if it burns calories but just not seeing it piling up will make me feel so dam good. :love: an empty basket

So far so good, at the moment I'm focused and in control but perhaps I really should have a mini goal of doing more exercise today. :sad:

Good Morning OMG fantastic day out yesterday and stuck to plan, feeling brilliant and in control. Another gorgeous day ahead of me and about to head out the door with my trainers and the dog :heart: loving it

Today will be a challenge, got a day out at the bay with restaurant food and drink involved so 1. have breakfast before we go 2. stick to a jacket potato for lunch 3. plan only 4 alcoholic drinks and drink water in between and pray the Kebab shop is closed at home time....... wish me luck :ohwell:

Day two started good 40minute quick pace dog walk, very unhappy dog I will add before breakfast and tonight I have weight training :sad: but hay ho staying positive is day threes goal

Also a mum of four children, have tried many diets but finally found MFP and love it, I don't do much exercise and I have some very good days and some really crap days but loosing roughly a pound or two most weeks. Just need to keep at it, buying a size smaller bikini is better than any chocolate bar going.
