  • I agree! I have it and use my H7 with it and it's the most accurate product I have used yet with LOTS of valuable statistical information. I don't care that it doesn't yet sync with MFP from my Android because it's easy enough to manually enter.
  • I use the H7. Seamless.
  • It's never a deal breaker if a product syncs with MFP or not. It's simple enough to manually enter what I need to enter whether it be a 27 mile road bike ride, 10 mile run, or crossfit. Polar makes exceptional products that are superior to Fitbit and many others. If you're serious about a lifestyle change, these products…
  • The M400 is a better overall value and yes, it has GPS. The M400 also seems to give more statistical information. The A300 is a pared down version of the M400. I have had the M400 since February and really enjoy all of what it offers. Soon they will also update the software to handle smartphone notifications to the watch…
  • They're still working on that along with notifications from your phone from email, texts, etc. We, Android users are usually last on the list for Polar to complete. We have to check with them on updates. Apparently, a rep told me it has to do with the many strings attached to Android.
  • Good luck! This has been the best app to help me with my goals. Since last year, I have lost almost 40 lbs but I fluctuate (comfortably) between having lost 30 and 40 lbs. Keep track of everything you eat and all exercise and good luck!
  • Just wear your heart rate monitor and start an app like Runtastic! Here's a calculator: http://www.sexcalculator.co.uk/
  • I am 48 so I get it. Started back on February 3rd and have lost 30. The first 25 were the easiest but now it's I have to put forth more effort. Have 10 to go and but not giving up for any reason especially age.
  • WIN WIN FOR YOU! You have to be so proud of yourself and your accomplishment! You look fabulous! Lots of hard work but you worked through it and it paid off!
  • Don't mean to be a killjoy but I just read some very negative reviews about this workout. If you look on Amazon most of the over 4000 reviews are good ones but I'm the person looking at the negative ones for insight. Most, if not all the negative ones talk about how bad this is on your knees. In fact, some are doctors…
  • Add me too. I'd be happy to have another friend!
  • I agree with not going so long in between eating. Not sure of your schedule but it's much easier to be on an eating schedule when you have a family to feed. Although I feel like I'm ALWAYS in the kitchen! Anyway, I find it much better for me to eat breakfast after I workout around 9 or 10, lunch anywhere between 12:30-1:30…
  • Good for you! You DO look so much younger! Keep it up and never give up. Once you change the bad eating habits and replace them with good ones and exercise, it makes such a difference! Don't go back...you've come so far!
  • You can do it! The best part is, for me at least, is that this ap makes you accountable to yourself. It's so great to see progress even if it's only a little at a time. You can do it! Good luck! -Lisa
