I wonder how he even found this site... but as I asked, was the picture a picture of a guy stretching his buttocks? I can't believe I said buttocks. Anyway, that's a pretty popular "shock" picture, hence my asking.

Yeah I think all milk TASTES the same but the consistency differs from whole to skim

For 3 cups, it was 390 calories. So for one cup, it'd be 130 calories. I drank all three cups because I needed to meet my calories, I put in one 7 inch banana, a cup of strawberries and about an extra three just because, 8oz of low fat vanilla yogurt, and a cup of crushed ice.

Fasting is awful. I hate fasting because it's so metabolism-slowing, it's done nothing for me in the past three months that I've been struggling with it (and severe calorie restriction.) I even have eating disordered friends who think fasting is the wrong idea, not that THEY'RE the perfect people to go to in any way, but…

I had a piece of grilled chicken tonight, but I have no idea how many ounces this would be. It was about 1 inch in height, 3 inches wide, and 3 inches tall. Hahah... yeah so if someone has any clue to how many ounces that would be, if you'd let me know, that would be great.

Well, the yogurt and granola is not going anywhere , heh, but the cereal is a pretty rare thing. I find that every time I eat cereal I feel like crap, even if it's super healthy.

I just had two eggs. Also, it says I went over on protein. The yogurt, cereal, eggs, and milk provided a lot and the peanut butter gave its fair share too...

Oh these aren't all at the same time. I guess I'm lazy and haven't changed the meals to say like, "meal 1, meal 2" etc. yet. Meal 1 was the banana w peanut butter and orange juice at around 8am Meal 2 was the cereal and milk (it's a healthy cereal) at around 11am Meal 3 was the yogurt and granola at about 3pm

This happens to me every single day! Here is a screenshot of today's food thus far: http://i32.tinypic.com/2zea2ro.png And I still have 517 calories left AND I will earn more from exercise later. Yet I only have 37 some odd carbs left! Help me with some ideas please!

Oh, I forgot to mention that I WOULD eat healthy other foods, but we are talking what I eat from the hours 8-4 at work, where everything served in the cafeteria has no label and is bad. All I can really think of that aren't pop tarts are baked chips, which would probably be better too now that I actually think about it. Or…

I have to eat 1500 calories a day and it is indeed hard! I figured that since Pop Tarts are calorie dense, I could eat those. I've had two a day for the past three days but I can't help but wonder, despite my other healthy eating, will all the Pop Tarts' crap prevent me from losing weight?
