  • If you have a smartphone you can use it to track your steps/activity. Until I can afford to get a fitbit that's what I use, or you could get a step counter (price ranges from $10-30). When I use my phone I either us the MapMyFitness app or the S Health app (came with my Samsung Note5). By using your phone or a pedometer…

  • Its amazing to just look at your drivers license and realize that you weigh less than it says! I honestly didn't know if I would ever see the day it happened but OMG It is so amazing now that it has happened :)
  • Thank you!
  • HAHAHAHAHAHA...so, SO true
  • I don't think of it as cheating. The way I do it is moderation. You can still have those foods that are HORRIBLE for you so long as you do it in moderation. That's what I do. I've always had a problem with self control but as time has gone on I have learned better on how to make sure I eat in moderation. This way I can eat…
  • Welcome to the site!!!! I hope that you find the motivation and help you need here! Care to share what your diet and exercise regimen is like? That could help us, help you and we could give you some advice on some things to change if they need to be changed!
  • Most baby food isn't too bad (I was one of those mom's who always tasted everything before my daughter did, I was curious like that).
  • Pregnancy can rob your teeth of calcium which you need to strengthen them and keep them strong...apparently I didn't get enough calcium to build my daughter bones AND keep my teeth healthy and strong.
  • No I haven't, I'm not one for protein shakes either, lol
  • Ew...you said grits...haha...I have a deep hate for grits...lol I have been eating yogurt but I'm getting RATHER sick of it, lol. I have been eating applesauce but somehow my daughter always comes and steals it from me when I have it..haha. Scrambled eggs have been WONDERFUL! I can't eat peanut butter because I'm allergic…
  • I'm a little sore today but not to bad. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do it today though:( The living room is the only room in the house big enough for me to do the work out but I can't get anywhere near the tv or the remote because my mom is home today and wants to be a couch potato and not just let me have the…

  • Yeah I know it won't keep up:(...lol. but I'm pretty stoked that I started losing weight just by these choices I have been making. It really does make me feel good about myself, to know I can do this. This is just such a great start for me considering my past so naturally I'm doing a happy dance all around the room
  • Congrats!! That must feel exciting to see that you are making progress!!
  • That's actually a really good idea! I call the stairs here the stairs of doom because I hate them so much, lol. I never really thought of using them as a tool to help me instead of thinking of them as the devil. Thank you!!!
  • I love dancing around! I do it to make my daughter laugh, lol. I do have to remember that doing something is better than nothing. I always get myself by thinking that I'm not doing enough. I've been pretty stuck when it comes to my weight no matter what I've tried, but this time around I'm determined so much more. One…
  • I never really thought about cleaning as an exercise, but as a chore. lol. I will definitely hussle around a little bit more to try to burn those calories. I already due hussle pretty fast anyways because I don't have much time for cleaning with a toddler running around. lol
  • Hollycat - Thank you for replying. Already at age 21 I wish I would have exercised more as a teen. While I haven't always eaten the best things I haven't always eaten the worst things. I find myself easily motivated and then there are just some days where I want to do nothing but sit on my butt...then I look at my…

I also like how it tells me after posting my food how if I eat the same for 5 weeks what my weight will be. I hope to make a lot of…
