I seem to have hit a wall 3 weeks and no weight loss grr. 99 percent on track and the couple of days ive mucked up over the month arent huge. I suppose Ive got to move more. I hear you its frustrataring to plateau.

Yes it looks like I was, fluctuated between 800 and 200 day to day with little exercise. I was just unaware of how much difference there was day to day until I started to journal and track it, i'm quite shocked but it explains the lethargy. 1200 is the base calories mfp has given me but I keep get quite a significant…

1200 was the base amount of calories it suggested, I the stats I put in and they are correct, what did you get for a caloie suggestion? I agree I think ive been undereating and binging in cycles, On a normal day I only feel like eating 800 calories but can double that on a day when looking for sugar. Thats why ive started…

I try something completely differend ,im off to go stand up paddle boarding am looking into orienteering events. I am looking at setting non weight goals, beating my own time, ability to fit in certain clothes those things are far more motivational. sometimes its about changing lifestyle rather than dieting. :smile:

I agree its easier to gain weight , but I put it down to my body aching so much after physical activity, It takes so long to recover. I find that if i do serious excercise I spend the next 3 days recovering.

Ive had a Garmin vivo 4 days after returning my frustrating fit bit, this is way better and hays a watch, it stays on and has so much data feedback, i found it a little tricky to get the inital set up done but it is now so easy, no leads.

Hi Luna Im just starting as well, im in Melbourne with 3 boys and somewhere along the way I ended up being this weight. Good to see another Ausie with similar goals. How are you finding it, I think its a great site you using . Are you using any gadgets? I have purchased a Garmin vivo which Im finding great. Good luck .
