Hi I'm Jo, tired of being fat. Lots to lose, like 45 kilos. I want to start 5:2 today. Looking for friends.

    Hi Luna Im just starting as well, im in Melbourne with 3 boys and somewhere along the way I ended up being this weight. Good to see another Ausie with similar goals. How are you finding it, I think its a great site you using . Are you using any gadgets? I have purchased a Garmin vivo which Im finding great. Good luck .
