For my weekday lunches, I do the salad in a jar. It's a qt mason jar that I put together a week out so I can take them to work all week. Basically you put the dressing in first and then some of the heartier veggies that can handle sitting in the dressing all week, followed by the meat and then the lettuce/spinch or kale.…

FYI-I started at 244 lbs in November. I'm 5'11". I'm at 191 lbs right now. As far as weighing in, I only really do 1 "official" weigh in a week. If you go daily or hourly, it will freak you out. As far as your diet, if you are weighing and tracking, it looks ok (pork rinds? lol). I would stick with it and tweak on it. Keep…

Up at 4, in bed by 8:30, hopefully sleeping by 9. If I don't workout in the morning, it ain't gonna happen. I do running only on MWF and strendth with a little treadmill on Tues/Thur. Weekends off. When I started this (5 months ago) I told my family that they need to accomodate my early bedtime. Good luck!

It's not for everyone, but kale seems to keep me satisfied longer than most foods. I will have 2 cups in a salad for lunch and it seems to cut down on my after dinner cravings.

Try doing a tablespoon of Metamucil or some other fiber daily. it should help.

Zycam. It will stop my symptoms from getting worse. Make sure you don't stop taking it too early. I like the spray in your mouth kind. It leaves a metalic taste in your mouth, but it works for me.

You might be eating too little. I think that you should normally try to get at least 85% of your goal calories in. When my wife is dieting, she sometimes goes overboard and then doesn't lose because I think that your body doesn't want to give it up. Also, make sure that you are drinking your water. I generally eat…
