you could buy some small freezer bags and make then into steam bags? Or make salads and throw in a source of protein in them

fry up some onions and peppers once cooked mix in an egg. I find that honey mustard goes really nice with this.

in the morning put some frozen peppers & onions in a frying pan on low heat, you have 20mins to do what you need to get done while they cook, then I put an egg in mix it all together and make into a omelette sandwich

I learned for the first week use that as a way to learn what you need to change from your eating habits, for me without realizing it I was eating 3600 calories a day and am now happy on 2300.

Just remember when that its 80% what you take in 20% what you put out. If you need any tips I myself went from being 375 and down to 325.

My rule of thumb is to never eat a full serving of junk, also If I can make it healthier I can and have my best combination is home-made salsa and celery

My suggestion eat how you normally would for a week and track everything don't pay attention to the #'s below.; Also remember that it is ok to have junk food just plan ahead for it.

When I first started I was working 4x a week and working a job that had me walking 5km a day and was only eating 2000 Cal, and 10% fat I was not a happy man
