Hi, I am also interested in the topic..If I eat too close to my workout, than I feel my stomach is all messed up and get some kind of nausea...but if I eat too little or too much time before I feel I don't have a lot of energy for a prolonged effort

For me it's the contrary! If I plan my calories before going to the kitchen, then I already know what ingredients - and above all in which portions - I should take..Instead if I first cook a meal and then I track the calories, it's very often more than I wanted to allow myself for that meal

Hi rosiemaji, thanks for your message! I really like greek yogurt and I often have it for breakfast with some muesli or fruit..but this still "smells" like diet to me :ohwell: I would really love to have something baked in the morning..I think that not feeling deprived would help me to stick to an healthy regime longer
