i feel the same way ive lost 25 pounds but its taken a long time and i really dont feel like it and i dont think i look like it. keep up the good work and remeber this is your thing not anyone elses. :flowerforyou:

Are you kidding me my house is full of it. I live with junk food junkies and it it so hard to keep my paws out of those bags they munch out of. I slip I slip a lot probably why its taking me for ever to loose. Its hard when your the only one trying to get healthy.

i hurt or did something to my foot saturday. it was just sore sat and then sunday after my walk felt like it was on fire then today i tried to do some jumping jacks and there was no way so i replaced junping jacks with tae bo front punches and waist twists toe touches. hope this helps

feeling you im doing the same thing and i dropped 13 and the this past week gained 5 and ive stepped everything up im getting fustrated too sorry for noy having advice but atleast you know your not alone

my girls laugh when they catch a glimpsof my exercising my husband wants to loose weight too but seems to get angry/annoyed when he sees me work out then he says he wants to do it wth me asks for advice then doesnt do anything. so im happy with mfp this is were i get my support.

yes it does get harder after 150 i had start resting about 30 secs every 50 and bending to stretch out my legs.

I also suggest spinach with garlic and lemon. You can spice up you broccoli by roasting it with almond flakes, pine seeds and a pinch of chilli to boost your metabolism. does chilli powder really do that? i was doing the lemon and chilli powder and was told i wasnt accomplishing anything and that it was a myth.
