Back for the Third Time...

Maybe I can stick with it this time... My name is Cat, 47 years old and need to lose 10 lbs. And, before I get hecklers, I know 12 lbs is not much, but I have been trying to lose this weight for 2 years (since I quit smoking). And with my family history, and my age, the 12 lbs can turn into 20 lbs, then 30 lbs, etc. in the blink of an eye.
