What to do

I've heard that you should eat when you get hungry. What if you don't get a grumbling stomach? I sometimes wait too long and then my blood sugar gets low and I start shaking and eat whatever I can get my hands on....and lots of it.. Either way, even with snacking, I feel like I'm over eating. I had gestational diabetes with my last pregnancy and so I'm wondering if I should have a light snack two hours after I eat like I did then.. Does that seem too often with anyone?

I pretty much eat all day. I have lots of 100 calorie snacks and just graze. As long as you don't go over your calorie goal for the day it really doesn't matter when you eat.0

About a month ago I had to do another blood glucose test to make sure my GD didn't turn into diabetes and they said I was fine, but I will bring it up at my next Drs appointment. Thanks for the feedback!0
