Thank you! I was most concerned about the 500 calories/day intake. I also think the drops are ineffective, but I wanted something to show the issue about the calories and the long-term damage that can cause.

I like the idea of prepping things, and not having them all be the same meal every day. That was what I hated most. But I might make the same thing, and then just mix up the recipes and sauces. And for breakfast I've been making overnight oats. They are really good!

Oh my, I ADORE chips. I crave salt over anything sweet, all times of the week. What I've used to kind of kick that habit is eating lightly salted pistachios. I've grown now to craving those instead. Good luck!

I ended up going with the Polar FT7! It was only a few dollars difference than the FT4, so I just went with that one. I do have a question though!! Do I always have to wear the Polar chest strap to make the watch work?? Just curious.

I have to admit that I probably haven't been eating many calories. I do measure and weigh, and I work out for about an hour to hour and a half five days a week. With my exercise, my total calories were around 900-925. But I eat three solid meals a day, sometimes a small snack in between, and I never felt hungry or starved.…
