I haven't done that exact program, I did p90x.... which i ended up not sticking with because I got pregnant, but for the 2 months I did do it, I ate nothing but a bagel thin for breakfast a little butter just enough to flavor it. Try zumba... there is high impact and low impact... i have bad knee's too (hurdles in high school) and it give me a great work out!!!
