Curious George all the way. Both mommy and the 3 year old stop to watch LOL Thomas is another huge hit around here. I love the Charlie and Lola books but haven't caught the show at all. I will have to keep an eye out for it.

A coworker did this several years ago and got ripped. Hubby did it too and lost quite a bit of weight but didn't stick with it to the ripped stage. Good luck with it. :drinker:

I teach 5th grade. I'm around the room acting like a fool other than reading groups *lol* but it probably feels much more active than it actually is. I'm like kelynn with the conservative approach.

I'm on light active. I spend a good hour and a half of my school day sitting at a table with reading groups. The rest of my day feels like active though... Depending on what grade you teach, either one would work I think. Oh and I also have a 3 1/2 yo at home that keeps me moving. :wink:

I have become a big fan of ASICS. Check out their website for info on shoe fit. Skywalker~ That sounds like a great way to buy shoes. Most of the stores around me just have the boxes out to get yourself or a high school kid getting boxes from the back :happy: Who needs someone that can fit shoes anyway :wink:

It does get better. Once you learn the foods that are lower in calories but still filling you will find that you turn a corner. You can eat a LOT when you are eating veggies, fruits and good proteins rather than chips, cookes etc. (Not to say that's what you are eating but just for illustration's sake) Think of it like…

I really like Stin Hansen (mythoughtcoach(dot)com/) for the affirmations. You can get some of her stuff as free podcasts on iTunes. They have been a big help to me. When I find myself eating out of control I listen to a few of her meditations and it helps curb the binge.
