Non-weight-loss related but still... YESSSSSSS!

Okay, I'm in a state of euphoria right now.

I got a call from my orchestra director today.... and he wants me to be in the pit orchestra for the musical next year, and be lead cellist!!!
Our school is known for being the "top school of musicals." Everyone there works hard to make it perfect, and being picked to be in the pit orchestra is a HUGE deal.
And then being first chair? As a sophomore? HECK YEAH BABY. THAT'S ME.
He called me and asked today, and I started screaming "NO WAY, NO WAY!" And he was like "YES WAY! YES WAY!"
There's even a solo in the musical for me! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Ahhh, I've had an amazing week. Everything's gone right, especially the past few days.
My mom and I got to hang out yesterday, and then I watched my friends' musical they were doing for the summer, and then I went out to a late dinner with one of the people from the musical who I really really like, and that was perfect.

Ah, sorry, typical teenage happiness... but I just had to share it. :happy:
