@LarryDuk, I dont think its just the curry but the chips,naan bread,pilau rice and the fact its washed down with wine!

Its so hard,mine is more ritualistic..a few glasses of wine, a film and then the ordering of the delicious food...i will have to think of something else to do with myself instead. Its got so bad now that all food tastes bland to me if its not curry!

yes it is.It might not seem much but with my small,short frame I feel uncomfortable in myself.i am also worried about my health as I eat so much takeaway junk food! good luck with your weight loss!

Hi I'm a fast food addict also.Today is my 1st day and have joined here because I am addicted to takeaways and not only look bad for it but feel bad for it too! I really dont know what the answer is at the moment,maybe take one day at a time?
