Try using Emily Blunt's line from the Devil Wears Prada: "Well, I don't eat anything and if I feel like I'm going to faint, I eat a cube of cheese!"

A lot of people have asked me what my 'secret' to my weight loss is - I just say "Eating less and exercising more." Everyone expects an extreme response but it really is as simple as eating less and exercising more...well, for me anyway

Porridge (various flavours and toppings - my favourites are a mix of granulated sweetener with a touch of salt and almonds or just sweetener with blueberries/raisins) Muesli or granola with fat free greek style yogurt (with a bit of sweetener). Eggs (poached or hard boiled) on wholemeal toast or a wholemeal roll. All with…

For me, it became habit - I checked my facebook then logged into MFP. Lots of people have said to me "I couldn't be bothered logging everything I eat everyday." but, it's not a matter of being bothered, it's just becoming a habit.

Heey, sorry about my lack of updates here - been so stressed with uni and family matters I've not really been able to execute as much discipline as I would have liked. However, my weight has dropped to 144.2lbs as of this morning. I'm in a place to execute your recommendations again (food and workouts), but I was just…

I'm big on the everything in moderation stance, however, sweets and candies are things I try to avoid as they are just pure sugar and don't really provide any nutrition. It's not on my 'no list' but I think I've developed an aversion to McDonalds as well - every time I tell myself I'll go and have one for lunch or…

Haha, this has put a massive smile on my face tonight - cheers for the tips and laughs  Just gotta stop psyching myself out and do it!

Thanks guys. I know it sounds really basic, but I've just never gone through the process of dating and feel a little out of my league. I also suffer from low self-esteem and I lack confidence in a lot of things so this is really out of my comfort zone but it's probably what I need so I can get used to it.…

OP, to your original question - no. Unless you have been told by a medical professional that you need to cut out meat and dairy from your diet, there's no reason for you to not eat either as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle

can only see your current pic - it's a good one though

I do this too! I do little experiments like before going to the toilet and after going to the toilet, what a difference taking my jeans or fluffy dressing gown off makes (they can weigh up to 2lbs!) or about 30 mins after eating a meal. This is purely out of curiosity though. I used to just do weekly weigh-ins (first thing…
