I love my fitbit too. My steps during Zumba are about 5200 so I think they are pretty accurate. I can walk 5200 steps and burn about 600 calories. I just dont understand it. No wonder I havent been losing weight before the fitbit because I was logging around 996 calories for Zumba when it should have only been around 340.…

Hmmmm MFP and the Zumba Calculator are really close in the calories it says I burned. My friend who is about 60 pounds lighter then me uses a HRM watch and burns about 575 calories at the same Zumba class. Its all so confusing!!

I bought my fitbit a few weeks ago but really started using it Monday. It pushes you to take extra steps and take the stairs more. I have gone over 10,000 steos everyday this week and even hit 15,000 on Wednesday. You earn badges for the more you do. I also love the sleep chart. So happy I bought the fitbit. FYI- Best Buy…

HI!! I am wanting to lose about 150 pounds. I am going to Zumba 2-3 days a week and just bought a treadmill. I have lost 24 pounds so far. I just bought a FItbit and love it. Good Luck with your weight loss journey! You can do it! Anyone can add me if you want! The more friends the better :)

It is coming off very slow but I guess I should be happy the weight is coming off and I am keeping it off. I will keep what you all have said in mind. dlaplume2....I will try that with the sugar. The first 2 weeks were a breeze for me and now I have struggled a lot the last 2 weeks. I lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks and didnt lose anything last week.
