  • Love it!!! such a great idea!! will do.... Thanks
  • dont get frustrated, sometimes its water retention. I really don't like weighing myself so much because it does fluctuate, but it does keep me in check. What really matters is how your clothes fit. I was working out like crazy and saw nothing on the scale, however little by little I was wearing clothes that I could not get…
  • Check your food intake. Too much or sometimes too little. Also, your workouts might need a tweeking. If you have been doing the same thing you may need to up it by working harder or changing what you do. Not sure if you've every tried spinning, but that will give you a great workout.
  • Hey didn't do so great myself this weekend. Too much "spirits" Friday night left me with no energy to work out for the whole weekend except 30 minute walk each day. Just start working out asap and that will get you motivated. Good Luck and forget about what you did because you can't change that, just move on and do better…
  • Yeah I know how that is, especially with summer around the corner. Whatever you are drinking try to have a glass of water in between each glass of wine, bottle of beer, etc. It will help you stay hydrated and slows down the "buzz". In the end just remember it's only one day so get back on track the next day and really…
  • LOL!!!!! Good for you!! And yes, good idea to hang on to the 10's and 12's.
  • Welcome!! Always here to help, send me a request!!

If you go to dr oz, type "body type diet" in search, find "11 week plan - diet dilemma" you might find…
  • Welcome! Sounds like you are off to a great start!!! Keep it up!!!
  • Awesome job!!! You should both be very proud!!!
  • We've all been there before. I agree with the other post. Start slowly, but START!!!. Whenever I feel like that or fall into that rut I always start doing something, even if it is a 20 minute walk. Exercise is what you need to get those endorphins flowing and feeling better. You can do it, just start.
  • Welcome!!! The only advice I can give is make sure you track your food and I mean EVERYTHING. It adds up so fast when you are eating mindlessly. Also what has helped me in the past is rather that "shooting" for a certain goal in pounds lost for the week. I try to make my goal to workout at least a certain amount of days…
  • I can tell this is going to be such a great tool for getting those pounds off and more importantly the motivation we all need. You WILL do it!! Imagine yourself everyday healthier and lighter!! Have a great day!!!!!
