Those are great reason!! And i definitely loved the fact that your girls trip is top of your list!! Just remember it is all about one day at a time!! If you mess up one day there is always tomorrow!! I love how that works! keep it up girl and definitely go for the tattoo!

if you drink... count your alcohol calories in with your food ones!! and stay away from BEER ( although some light beers are ok)

oh yah definetly.. i don't make it with pasta or anything . Just the Eggplant, (breaded) with tomatoe sauce and cheese. There are lots of easy recipes for it online. I think its around 100 cals Per Slice which is barely anything!!

Keep it up.. I don't think you need to start over. But I've been lured away for a few days last week.. and I just get right back on track. I am also in need of some serious motivation!! This will all be worth it once we get our hot bods and healthy lifestyles

YES!! I used to make an totally chunky tomatoe sauce with ground beef and cheese! Plus a plate full of pasta(not even whole wheat) When I think back I cringe

AS IF he is making a 3rd season! NO ONe LIKES BRETT MICHAELS! even if i did find out the winner it still wouldn't ruin the show because i watch it for all the trash. Yet i know no one that will admit to watching it too. :cry:

I can make how made mac and cheese - but its not that great for you.. its made with lots of butter . BUT you could always substitute it for margarine and the cheese for fat free cheese!

so i got rice noodles with soy beef and when i tried to tally it in here.. but the calories seem to low for eating out.. Any idea of how many calories this could pack? Also.. what about california rolls (sushi) THANKS Y'ALL!!

One of my managers brought in Free Pizza for everyone . I had one baby slice and people kept insisting I eat more .. but i told them I had breakfast not too long ago and eventually they gave up and i was proud of myself for my will power

its tough when you realize your favorite treats are not so great . MY friend drank a bubble tea every day and without realizing it started to put on weight! Switch the coffee for lots and lots of water and maybe an apple for energy (lots of sugar) thats what i do !!!

I WILL TRY!!!!!!!! It's so hard because I'm going away to my cottage and boozing it up seems to be the main source of fun!! I'm going to pack lots of veggies and corn on the cob for snacks and chicken hot dogs for din din! Wish me luck because the weekends are ALWAYS where things go wrong.

Mindless Snacking was my down fall too! Chop up a bag full of veggies (Carrots, Cucumber, Celery(you burn more cals digesting it than eating it)) and MUNCH AWAY!!! it keeps ur hands busy and away from any detrimental stuff

I just posted a similar question the other day!! I heard that Diet Becks Beer only has 65 cals a beer.. The second suggestions I got was Flavoured Vodka with Diet Drinks!! It's a tough one considering I am a college student !!

I was thinking it was muscle because my years of figure skating and I also do a lot of biking !! I hope its muscle .. we honestly look almost identical!! Im gunna go with the muscle thing! Thanks!

Hey PPLZ - I'm 21, 5'3 and weight 165lbs - the thing is I live with my sister and we are almost identical and her weight is around 130 - I don't look bigger than she does and I don't think I look very big -- How do I weight so much more!! Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii !!! So I'll get right into it, I eat baby carrots like it's my job.. they are basically all i snack on at work. BUT I don't wanna turn orange or over dose on carrots (although it'd be a funny story to tell). Does anyone have any other low calorie or healthy snack suggestions?!?! THANKS!:happy:
