Im finally back on MFP....I was gone for a while ...just TOO busy! Good for business...bad for body....I need some major motivational help now. I've not logged anything for about 2 weeks...is it okay to just start over? Is there anyway to reset all of my progress settings? I think I need a clean slate...but if anyone has any pointers to help me get back on track PLEASE let me know! I gotta keep doing this:)

    Keep it up.. I don't think you need to start over. But I've been lured away for a few days last week.. and I just get right back on track. I am also in need of some serious motivation!!

    This will all be worth it once we get our hot bods and healthy lifestyles

    There's no secret, you KNOW what to do! Drink lots of water, get some exercise, and stay under your daily numbers! Vacation's over, back to "work"! :laugh:
