Thank you for the delicious receipe. I am also doing the Dukan diet, to shift the last kilo. I found there is a lot of lovely asian food (different types of bean curd and yummy spices such as red curry paste) that make the Cruise phase a delight. Its great!

Personally, I prefer to do a workout DVD at home, 30 mins and its done. Sometimes I HATE it, sometimes I love it, I ddon't think about that though, and just do it. Afterwards I ALWAYS feel great. It gets easier if you stick to it!

If you do it, you look great, if not, you won't. Noone can make that step for you. There is always time and ways to be active.

I have done it, level 1-3, not always every day, but regularily over 3 months. The results are great! No matter if you do it every day or every other day the results will show as long as you keep going! It becomes fun and addictive after a while!

i don't have pics, but the results are great! Some days I hate it and some days I love it, its tough to do. But its easy to pull through knowing its just 2o mins a day

I agree with above. Keep it simple, use the calorie calculator on this site and stick to that, you can still eat most things as long as you log it and eat less than you burn

I lost 25lb in 4 weeks this way once.....It was not by choice and I wouldn't say its healthy, but it worked. I was extremely busy during the day at the time . I would drink a coffee in the morning, have an apple or so at lunch and only eat a normal dinner.
