As rabbitjb mentioned, because you've started a new workout routine your muscles are going to retain more water. This happened to me and it drove me crazy! Just keep up everything you're doing, and you should be fine :) ETA: Take pictures and measurements. They'll help you gauge your progress when the scale isn't moving :)

I tried Daily Burn twice and didn't like it. I much prefer workouts from YouTube than the ones on Daily Burn.

Anything that gives you "fast results," means that you're probably not going to be able to keep the weight off. If you're looking to lose weight and keep it off, it's as simple as eating at a deficit.
