Mhm. I do it all the time. If you're losing out on energy then perhaps eat it before? Depends how you feel? I get up and workout on an empty stomach then eat my carbs and protein post workout. Seems to work for me.

Day 18? Not bad c: It is hard to stick to them when you've got a lot going on in your day so I understand. I honestly want to try all of her workouts even though she can be a pain in the butt sometimes. I've also tried Insanity for 30 days and didn't really carry on after that. It's 50 minutes of High intensity training.…
