Yes my clothes have gotten a lot loser aswell, I have managed to lose maybe 14 inches all over since febuary, but that was really just without a healthy diet and almost no exercise. Since then, I've been kicking up my game and exercising while maintaining a healthy diet since mid may, and hope to see better results!…

ok thanks guys! yes I feel that the defict is what matters most. Even I had a couple of cheat days every know and then. However, I only ate within my caloric intake. However, I guess since it is a lifestyles change like Sharon said, even the 5 pounds I lost is a great start, I decided to look at those 5 pounds as a big…

I've been trying to do push ups too! but it seems impossible for me to get the formation correctly, I cant seem to make my upper back go down, instead my butt goes down :< Well, Leave alone push ups I cant get it right with half push-ups either :(

Are people able to do the whole 30 minute workout on their first try? I attempted week 1 today and boy, I couldn't do the lunges and past the lunges at all! Will try again tomorrow and see how it goes

I've been wondering the same! Though I understand I should wait a month or more to see the results. I just started my weight loss journey last Friday and have been exercising on treadmill and lifting weights for a good hour daily which is about 3 miles daily and maybe 500-600 calories =). My diet has also changed and I am…

Awhile back in mid December last year, I actually tried to maintain a daily intake of 1200 calories, and I did it until mid January. Just as u said even I stayed in between a 183-186 range and it would never go lower. I sadly realized I may have actually starving my body, and that was the cause my weight may have been not…

ok great! thanks for the info it helps! Then I will just stick to my current diet which I am most comfortable with =)

Well my current diet is not low-carb, it's actually a lot atm. The reason why I did consider the low-carb diet is because more than one person recommended that I do a low-carb diet, which somewhat persuaded me that maybe it really is better to have low-carbs during weight loss(correct me if I am wrong in this), and yes! I…

girl most of us treadmill runners have had that experience at least once! :drinker:
-
Yes I would too, but I'm finding it too difficult which is why I'm starting off with running. I won't always be using treadmill only, once I'm lighter by 10 or 20 I may focus on only strength training as I am aware it helps a lot more.
-
Yes thank you guys. I was actually considering exercising 6 days a week and resting on Sunday's. Before anything else I'll put myself to test this week with the treadmill and see where I am and how many times I should exercise.
-
Wow great results all! from the reply's I seem to be getting a ruff estimate now around how much can be lost thanks again. Haha yes I will be adding something besides the running to my workout routine, but that is for later maybe after I lose the first 10-20 pounds. thanks again guys, great help! =)

That's a great estimate, thanks!
