I'm looking for advice on easy dinner recipes I can eat/make which are 500 calories or more, and with 60 or less carbs (less the better :D) as well with not too much fat and sugar but, with a lot of protein :P . I already have egg added to my breakfast and lunches, any ideas? thanks =)
