  • I am! A new one - only three months :) Add me, I’d love to have a like-minded community!
  • I am 5'2'', currently 188 lb. Ultimate goal to lose 70 lb. Please, add me!
  • If you have cravings for chocolate, I would include small amount of dark chocolate (more then 70% cocoa) in your diet - usually helps me overcome mine. Also fat-free sugar-free hot chocolate or sugar-free chocolate pudding (a couple of spoons does the trick). I find that with cravings it's more the cravings of the mouth,…
  • That is so funny! sorry... I wish somebody would say to me that I am getting so skinny that I look almost sick! The day it happens would be the happiest day of my life! Especially coming from the in-laws  I have a couple of pounds to go before graduating from obese to overweight and every night I go to bed I can only…
  • Muscle most definitely weighs more than fat - 1 cup of muscle weighs more then 1 cup of fat just like 1 cup of feathers weighs more then 1 cup of rocks. What your picture represents - is the volume difference, not the weight difference.
  • *Please, don't throw rocks at me!* What I would do - stop breastfeeding, or wait until baby is 1 and stop. Then top-up the Zoloft - it will numb your emotions and reduce your reaction to stress. • I tried the quoted approach yesterday - and I was starving after dinner. Like... c'mon, give me my usual calorie load! :grumble: Today I'm back to normal - small breakfast/lunch, big dinner and 3 tiny snacks in between. I don't know if it works though - as you can judge by the amount of weight that I've lost :ohwell:
  • I count it as 200 cal... I don't know if it's right or wrong, but I think it feels like 20 min of high impact aerobics... maybe? Am I completely off?
  • It's a full body workout. And for shortness - once (just once :) ) I did level 1, cool down, water break and level 2. So, twice as long as one level but still not boring. And, on the other hand, for me it's easier to find 30 min in a day then a whole hour. I hope that if I stick to it, it will make a change, otherwise I'm…
  • I love it! I aim for doing at least level 1 everyday. I am not fit at all and the first few days were very hard, I was sweating and staff, but it got better. Yesterday I weigh myself before the shred and after, I was a pound lighter after :)
  • Oh, so many replies and all so useful! I truly appreciate every effort each of you, guys, made to help me out here. I do. So... it's gonna look more like a blog post then a message board post, sorry... But I have to sum it up to keep my head straight. MFP set up a 1200 cal/day goal for me, I didn't have much saying except…
