Well the obvious as most smart *kitten* have posted....Water. I also count the decaf teas I brew and ice to drink in the day. I don't count anything with caffeine or alcohol.

I track my sodium as well and strive to stay under 2500mg, it can be tough for sure.

IMO they estimate the protein way too low. Fiber you should probably be around 22g if you are eating 1600 calories.
