all veggies? even starchy ones like potatoes, corn, peas and carrots? and all fruit, including juices and smoothly-blended smoothies? Confession- I was introduced to velveeta when I moved to the Midwest. I'm now a big fan. I even like it cold, right off the "loaf". Every one and their mother is too classy for velveeta, but I'm not.

Im the opposite OP, the more starch I eat, the fuller i feel. Especially beans, potatoes, and rice. You gotta do you, and if fat works for you than eat the fat. I personally can eat an entire container of almonds or peanut butter in a sitting and still kinda want more.

I cook up lentils on the stove alot, I cook 4 big carrots, an onion, a can of diced tomatoes, add garlic and basil, salt (in a few inches of water). when the veggies get softish, I add a pound of lentils with enough water to cover them, and cook an additional 30 minutes. I serve it thick like a gravy or thinned out as soup.

after tuesday's EPIC FOOD DAY OF AMAZINGNESS I have to eat 1200 calories a day till next tuesday, just to be at maintainance for the week.

i had a nice stable BMI of 30 for several years. ;) I can maintain a fat body pretty easily. Now my bmi of 20, that takes a little effort.

once upon a time i bought the flavored ones, in packets. I also used to eat minute rice. then I learned how to make rice and mashed potatoes, and the rest was history.

if binge eating is your problem (like it is mine) you gotta work on that first. Freelea is super cute, so I see why women want to start up on her plan, but she excersizes a ton. Its not just the banana smoothies that give her that figure.

I ate a chocolate bar for breakfast, after preparing the children healthful breakfasts and dropping them at school.

agree. apples are not chocolate. and as a (recovering) binge eater, and weight loss maintainer, I can tell you WITH CONFIDENCE, that eating 5 apples and THEN caving into the chocolate bar is more calories than just eating the bar by itself.

i have been maintaining for a while now, and I just keep logging. If I binge, I log it too. I overindulge on my birthday, and holidays, and log that too (sometimes really sloppily, like "thanksgiving-2,000 calories") I am working on living a shame free life, and being open about my food choices is a part of that.

cookies and cream is my flavor, but i rarely buy them (so expensive!). when I do, I eat it right from the wrapper, and treat it like a candy bar.

Generally, big big portions, lots of snacking, nothing measured. So like, a pint of Ben and jerry for dessert (americone dream!)... 1/2 a large pizza for dinner, a huge bowl of granola for breakfast, lots of homemade (200 cals a pop I found out) oatmeal cookies and fresh fruit.
