  • A lot of fruit has a lot of sugar, that can bring your sugar totals up. I'm having the same problem, but not with sugar. I'm getting full on little food. But eating good fats (like raw almonds, no salt), more veggies, more lean meat, yogurt will help raise the calories but will still be healthy foods.
  • Thanks for all the advice guys! I'm feeling satisfied, I'm heating healthier (no more processed foods for me!), taking vitamins, I still have energy to workout/clean and do everything else, so I think I'm doing ok, just was worried -- and so used to being a fat kid!!
