  • I agree with kittyneutron...for keto purposes, it's on or off...the depth is insignificant. If they change to a color purple at all, you're good...the darker the color just means you're not drinking enough water.

  • I use CarbsControl for Android...it's ok, you have to buy it...but it has an offline database that's helpful when no signal exists. It's been pretty accurate and at least saved me from eating scallops once...I'd buy it again.
