I started 3 weeks ago at 220 and now weigh 206. I am not doing a perfect job with the food or the exercises but am happy with my progress. We have a similar amount to lose, so friend me!

I started T25 3 weeks ago and have lost 14 lbs without religiously following the workouts. Each week I missed a couple, but this week I only got in 3 workouts. I am not sure myself. I think that I was eating WAY more calories per day before I started than I realized, so calorie counting has been a pretty major reduction. Same thing with going from NO exercise to some exercise. That being said, we'll see what happens this week. Maybe it was all water weight:)
