I found a 10 day plank challenge that I am going to do, also I will be doing the chair exercise, the tricep one everyone suggested I looked up a video of how to do it, and it seems to be highly effective, along with planking, hopefully in 2 months my arms wont be horrendous.. Thank you to everyone who responded..!

My first 7 lbs fell off... but these last 5... before my first goal have been a pain in the butt, I plan to start working out more and harder...!!! and I take in 1200 calories a day as well!!! <3 Best of luck!!!!

Ever single day twice a day, Once in the morning and once before bed, to see how what I have eaten that dave has affected my weight throughout the day..... I do not log a loss or a gain, unless I have had both for at least 3 days.... then I feel okay to log it.. Id rather not log it than have to log a gain in a few…

I do usually work out at night, I think after tonight, I am going to start to change that to naptime, weather I work at home for nap time , or I go to the gym ( which is usually when I go is naptime) I will start working out in the afternoon, and yes, I have goals.... Can I mention I am jealous of you short people with your weight goals...LOL... I am 5'0, I never added that.... my goal is 125, Im sure I could get down lower with a lot of discipline, but 125 seems do able... I envy your ambition and motivation to be 110, I havent been 110 since before my first child was born!!! Good luck…

I had chocolate twice this weekend, so I got my fix in....lol!!! This will be a short week right M-S, My weigh ins are on friday, Ill happily move it though to Saturday this week, I need that extra day to burn off this extra lb I gained :( ..... Does each team have their own thread?

Congrats, I had to increase my caloric intake to 1300, while the loss may be slower its much healthier and in the long run you will thank yourself for that!!! and I am only 4'11
