Calories....
I've seriouly netted 79 calories today, and thats before dinner.. which will be around 300 calories, I cannot imagine netting anywhere near 1200, what do I do?? I understand the importance of netting 1200 calories a day, at least I think I do, any suggestions on whats healthy to eat and has good calories?

We ordered pizza for dinner and I didnt eat it, until all the kids went to bed, and I literally tried to HIDE and eat it... and about 30 seconds after I did, I felt terrible about it, WTF...LOL tomorrow is weigh in and I am still under calories for the day.. but sheesh do I feel like I've just robbed a bank!!

Oatmeal and Almond Milk?
anyone ever try it?? I am replacing cows milk in my diet with almond milk, I am not sure if I want to mix it with my oatmeal and have a disaster on my hands... so curious if anyone has ever done it and how its tasted...
