one bad decision leads to a whole bunch of them... Ive had a bad diet day all around, I just ate some sunchips, which isnt terrible and im still under calories, I just am exhausted these last two day and went out for mexican food today, big mistake... sigh.. I just want to feel better... going to the gym tomorrow in the morning, and tomorrow is weigh in, hopefully the scale won't be to depressing!

    Get in plenty of water and see if you can't fit in some workout time yet tonight (don't know your time zone). It's good you see the situation more clearly now and realize you need to make changes, that's progress right there! :flowerforyou:

    Very true, seems when we make less than healthy choices in life it then becomes too be easy to begin skipping a workout or eat something we know we'll regret later and can often continue on and spiral out of control.

    Remember if you weigh in tomorrow that you might be holding water weight from all the sodium you had in the mexican food. It sometimes takes 2 days of me eating healthy and drinking lots of water to get back on track with my true weight.
