Stick with the 30 day shred for 30 days, I made it to day 11 and just quit doing it, it was giving me AMAZING results too, I wanna pick it back up, Should I start at day 1 , level 1, or pick up at day 11, even though I havent done it in like a week... id love to get back to it and STICK to 30 days, how do you ladies and gents commit to it and not get bored with it!!!

You are not alone! I love my Jillian, but I have to have variety...Its a personality thing! I rotate videos and keep myself happy and still see results. You could get another of her workouts to rotate with or another excersise video completely. My current rotation is 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, Taebo Advanced(from like the 90's lol) and Zumba. Keep the workouts intense and you will continue to see results . If you really just want to stick to the 30 day Shred..use a calendar to mark off each day..and realize that it takes 21 DAYS to form a habit. Make it to that 21 mark and it should be much easier(plus its most of the way through the Shred)0

Ugh I know! I haven't done it consistently either. For me, it's such a pain in the butt to try and get it in. Since I bounce from house to house, I have to remember to pack my DVD and my weights. Then it's a matter of finding a place to do it, since the front room at my folk's place is right next to their bedroom. I wake up at 4:30 so it's pretty early to wake them up working out. At Tim's house, I have to go downstairs which is FREEZING unless I build a fire, then it's too hot. Plus the floor is covered in dog hair. Ick. So I always find an excuse NOT to do it.
I really just want to get our own home. That way I have a place to workout every day. Then I wouldn't need a gym membership either.
You can do it though! And remember, one day is better than zero days.0
