For arms and core, do you do it, with your elbows and forearms down, or fingers and arms, I've seen it done both ways when I looked it up and obviously since I am just starting, I should start with the easier version right?

the harder version is on your elbows. and why immediately start with the easiest? why not try the hardest and see how you get in?0

My trainer gets me to do both- at first I found on my hands was easier but now I find them both just as hard for some reason.0

Planking is not my friend, I do them but I go with the biggest loser game and it has me do a number of different ones, "dolphin plank" on elbows, "Plank" top of a push up, "Plank on knees" like top of push up on your knees, and "Plank switches" I believe these were created by the Devil lol the hardest thing I can not get through these with out stopping, and the hardest stationary ones for me are the normal "Plank" I dont know why the game changes it up but it gives a nice change in stead of doing the same one all the time.0
