To skip weigh in...?

It will most likely be that TOM at this weeks weigh in, on friday, I am not sure wheather i should just weigh in or skip it until next week, I am not ready to see a gain as I am sure that I will.... Do you skip or weigh in ?? I love my weigh in days and I always look forward to them, but I just can't imagine stepping on that scale and seeing a weight gain this week....

    I would go ahead and weigh in ... then do it again a few days after you're done ... that's what I did!

    I have decided that I an not weighing in all month of february so that I can see a huge decrese all at once. I was noticing that even if I lost a little and then stepped back on later and gained even just a half pound, it would throw me off and want to eat badly... Its up to you, if you think that it will put as a set back, then dont look at the scale. If you go to a WW meeting where they see how much everyone has lost, just close your eyes when you step on and tell the people you dont want to know what you did. Hope this helped

    My weigh in days are Monday, and that lovely TOM arrived Sunday, I weighed myself anyway and I am looking forward to my next weigh in where there should be some results!!! I would do whatever feels good for you!! Good luck :smile:

    Skip it! Thats what i always do. seeing it go up makes me all upset. and im already on TOM so im already over emotional xD does me no good!

    I always skip my TOM weigh-in. No need to depress myself.

    yup, skip it. every time I bother to weigh myself then I gain and it freaks me out. then when its over the weight is magically gone.
  • Thanks ladies , I am actually going to skip the next two, cause ill be bloated next week as well.. so I wont weigh in again until my first goal date..... :)
