I usually like to walk outside but the weather this past week just hasnt permitted it.. So I ran in place last night in my living room while watching T.V and today its snowing... So I plan on running up and down my stairs for 10 minutes cause it burns calories and then after that some more running in place... I laugh at myself, and the things I am willing to do , to burn 100 calories when I can get outside of the house...lol
