Calories....

I've seriouly netted 79 calories today, and thats before dinner.. which will be around 300 calories, I cannot imagine netting anywhere near 1200, what do I do?? I understand the importance of netting 1200 calories a day, at least I think I do, any suggestions on whats healthy to eat and has good calories?

    I really like almond butter on toast - healthy fats and lots of cals in the nut butter (almost 200/serving) and depending on the bread, even more good stuff (fiber, etc.)
    I really like Maranatha brand almond butter and Dave's Killer Bread, in the Good Seed or Powerseed varieties, all of which is available at Costco. Not afil, just love the stuff! :)

    if you've eaten the 1200 & just worked it all off & aren't hungry then i wouldn't worry about it :o) enjoy your ubber low net day & eat if you're hungry!
