Hi; just found this group today. I'm on week 11, doing workouts 11 and 12 for the next 3 weeks. After that my plan is to do another round of Body Rev, but start with workouts 5 and 6, instead of going all the way back to workouts 1-4. That'll take me through Body Rev for another 9 weeks. After that, I think I'll be ready…

I do. I have one piece of chocolate after dinner. But I always make sure it fits into my daily calories.

I just started week 5, so it's my last week of Alpha phase. So far, I LOVE T25! I'm amazed how these 25 minute workouts are already shaping my body. Add me if you'd like.

Yes, I did Body Rev's cardio 1 and cardio 2 last year when I was doing the program. I'm just not a fan of the cardio included with that program, so I'm using Turbo Fire's cardio, which I LOVE! :) Workout 1 done and in the bag for today! How's everyone coming along? Monie

Today was cardio day and since I can't stand Jillian's cardio, I'm substituting Turbo Fire cardio. Completed Fire 30 and feel great! :) Monie

My experience was good. I really liked the program and how it got harder as you progressed through each phase. I'm looking forward to starting over. :)

Turbo Fire Day 33 - Fire 55 EZ done and in the the bag! I always dread doing Fire 55 EZ because its so long. I've learned to pace myself during this workout, so its gotten better. And the time really does fly by. 473 cals burned, so all is good! :)

I just bought Asics Gel Blur 33 over the weekend and I LOVE this shoe! I was also having pain in the heels of my feet and the balls of my feet. Since I bought these new Asics, my feet feel fine. The support is amazing and the cushion is comfy on my feet.
