Count me in! I live in Indiana. Yesterday it was nice enough to walk outside. Which is unheard of the beginning of February. I loved it! Can't wait for spring!! I walked just under 3 miles. It took me 58 minutes. Total steps for the day 10,886. I'll be back to post my walking effort for today. :smile:

Thanks everyone!! I made the brussel sprouts tonight and they were amazing good!! I cooked them with a little bacon, salt, and pepper. They may be my new favorite veggie. Going to try roasting them next time.

I've struggled with weight my whole life. I had lost 50 lbs by beginning of last year. Had a really rough year and let the weight slowly cheap back on. My ultimate goal is to be down 150 lbs. I'm currently slightly over 300. Feel free to add me.

I wear it on my bra facing out. I clip it in the middle going under one breast. I don't feel it and it doesn't show. I think it accurately counts steps.

Yes any recommendations on scales? I've been at this for a few weeks now. I've hit my goal each week so far, but I'm worried some foods I'm not logging correctly. I definitely need to get a scale.
