  • Thanks I posted there Ready to get started
  • I need something like this. I got stuck and hit a wall. The first 80 lbs came off fairly easily. When I got stuck I lost interest and drifted. Need to get back on the right track and start losing again. I think 20 lbs in 8 weeks is very conservative and doable. Count me in.
  • Congrats from the colonies. Wishing you well on your journey.
  • I purch a lot of small cans of tuna and Salmon which add a lot of protein for little calories. I also use cottage and ricotta cheese with a little Torani - Sugar Free syrup If I need a lot of protein I mix up a scoop of isolate and water and make a pancake. Use a little sugar free syrup and it does not taste too bad. Tuna…
  • My team told me to take it easy and not lift anything over 10 lbs for 6 weeks. I could use the treadmill but nothing else. Not even housework and vacuuming. Remember you had a lot of internal work and if you stress it you may not feel it but damage may be done. Take it easy for 6 weeks and then start back to exercise.…

  • I lost 55 lbs just through the diet leading up to the surgery. It is hard to stay on the diet. I had some issues with my meds. (too strong) I had my meds cut in half, But, I went off the diet for about a month and gained 10 lbs back. It is a life change that is necessary not yo yo dieting. The one thing I wished I knew…
