WOOOO HOOO, company!!! It's hard getting in that much protein. I'm struggling to hit the calories even at this point. I didn't start eating until noon today, and I had to drink a shake at 5 p.m. to make sure I had more. I have to travel over the next few days, and I will be very focused! My wedding is in 58 days! Are you…

SW 162.4 CW 153.4 9 lbs down! I am elated and motivated to do even more! Now, I have to be sure not to self-sabotage myself! Day by day!

Doing exceptionally well on IF and Keto. Need more ideas for KETO-friendly carbs. Energy has been chiefly down - I guess that's Keto Flu. I look forward to seeing how much weight I lose and how different my body will look for the wedding and beyond.

I'm doing very well on IF, but that Keto flu has me! I will work out tonight, maybe walking, but I will also bathe with some Epsom salt. I hear that helps with the keto flu-like symptoms! I see small changes. I'm looking forward to dropping some lbs. My last weigh-in was 158.9. I would love to be 136-140! I would be ok at…

It's been a while but I'm checking in because I am! LOL! I am intermittent fasting and eating super clean! I am excited about looking as good as I can for my day so I am not wasting any days! I probably should post daily to keep myself accountable. I am done eating for the day but I certainly need to get in more water.…

Day 4 of Dig Deeper has been completed! I think I need to work harder tomorrow! It's not even an hour long, so I can definitely work harder. I like doing it super early, and maybe I will be able to get in a 3-mile walk tonight. That may be the combination I need to drop some weight. I hope to be down 5 lbs this month, even…

Checking in again! I had to stop the 20K challenge, even though it was fun! I don't have enough time to get 8 miles of walking per day! I will aim for 12-15. I think that's reasonable, and I can fit it in. I am starting Dig Deeper today. I am incorporating the weights to help me tone. I got on the scale at a whopping all…

Today is the second day of the 20K challenge. I only got in 2 miles because I woke up (the second time) late, and I had to make my fiance's breakfast before he went to work. Since it was over 100 degrees most of the day, I jumped on the treadmill at about 4:30 and did the other 6! That took me to 20K, but I had to walk the…

Thanks so much, Stacie! I appreciate the support! I will keep posting; it's good discipline for me to keep it up! Congrats on giving up smoking! Wooo hoooo! You should join me in the 20K steps per day! (Or maybe less.) I KNOW the walking is effective. I am already noticing minor changes!

Great day today for me! I completed Day One of the 20K steps challenge, and I survived. I ate clean (aside from a few tastes while cooking), but I am proud of myself. Tomorrow will be even better! I'm looking forward to seeing how my body changes after a week of this. I'm sure it will give me the motivation I need to keep…

Looks like I'll be a group of one for now, but I'm excited for others to join soon! Today was a good day—I stayed on track with clean eating, discovered Skyr (definitely getting more tomorrow), and started looking into the 20k steps a day challenge. I'll be posting my starting weight and measurements tomorrow. I've decided…

I am not eating after 4 pm. Today, I didn't start to eat until 11 am. It's mostly mental for me, but last night I was feeling a little hungry. If I drink tea with coconut oil at night does that break my fast?

Happy Tuesday, ladies! I started IF yesterday. I am on the 8 am to 4 pm feeding window. I only got in 700+ calories yesterday - I know, NOT GOOD. I drank water with ACV before and after my meals and found a supplement I'm taking for metabolism. Between the two of those things, I was not hungry at all. Since I am an…

We have the same goal and starting points (just about). Hoping we can keep eachother motivated and ensure we get there together! :-)

Sorry I posted in the wrong place!

Stay focused but most of all... ENJOY THE JOURNEY! You can do it!

When I was heavier it was because I chose to be that way. I controlled my lifestyle, what I ate, what I could have done to avoid losing it. When I got honest with myself I changed. I don't think people should be ashamed of being fat, but don't lie to yourself either.

Strength training builds muscle with burns fat. You'll have better results in the long term when you build a machine that burns fat! I do agree that you should have someone show you the machines. I just hired a trainer and he puts much more weight on the machines than I ever would. He also has me doing more reps than I…

Started today. Combining it with running and weights and low carb eating. Hope it works!

People are motivated in many ways. THIS IS A GREAT IDEA and you should keep on keeping on with it. What could be negative about providing motivation for people to explore a healthier lifestyle? No more attention towards the nay sayers. Anywho, it might be fun to track miles. So for instance get out a map of the US and let…

Way to go! What a great goal to celebrate!

Not sure why you are letting this bother you. What someone thinks about you is not your business. Empower yourself to live your life on YOUR TERMS. You owe NO ONE an explanation of what you are doing for YOU. Throw up the W for "whatever" and keep it moving. Your validation needs to come from within. <3

Hello all. I am new to the group. My goal is to stay under 30g carbs per day, drink 8 glasses of water, workout daily, get to sleep by 11pm, get in 10k steps per day! I currently weigh 159 lbs. and my goal is 140 lbs.

I do body beast along with cardio... Elliptical or running. I feel like I will need more to get where I need to be. I completed legs yesterday (if you want to call what I did "completing"). I did the best as I could for as long as I could with the weights that I could. It was rough! Someone told me to do cardio after the…
