fantastic!!! I have seen other people wrap string around the band of their rings to take up space so that they don't have to stop wearing their jewlery. You must be so excited to see so many good changes. Congratulations!!!!

Hi. I think that a suggestion that hasn't been made already would be to use spices when cooking. I like garlic a lot so I add Tastefully Simple Garlic, Garlic to my cooking. I actually have the same concern! I've been watching Extreme Makeover, Weightloss Addition and all of those people have extra skin cut off.
